We answer enquiries between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Saturday, Vietnam time (GMT+7). Messages that arrive overnight are answered first thing. The same number is monitored 24 hours a day for travellers who are currently on one of our trips — if you are mid-journey and something has gone wrong, call it at any hour.

Getting a useful answer

What to put in the first message

Four things make the first reply useful instead of a request for more information: your dates or the month you are thinking of, how many of you and the ages of any children, your arrival and departure cities if they are already booked, and one sentence about the kind of trip you want. Anything else can wait.

"Two of us, 14 nights in March, landing Saigon, out of Hanoi, first time in Vietnam, we would rather see four places properly than eight briefly." — that is enough for a real itinerary.
"How much is a Vietnam tour?" — that one we can only answer with a question, which wastes a day of your time and ours.

If you are already travelling with us

Call, do not email. The 24/7 line reaches a person who can see your booking and can phone your driver, your guide and your hotel. Late flight, illness, a change of heart about tomorrow — all of it is easier to fix at ten at night by phone than at eight the next morning by email.

What we do with what you send

Your enquiry goes to the planning team and nowhere else. We use it to answer you and to build your trip. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, and we do not pass passport details to a visa agent — any e-visa on a trip we plan is applied for in your own name on the official portal, with you holding the login.

Do you have an office I can walk into?

We are in Ho Chi Minh City and we meet travellers by appointment rather than running a shopfront. If you are in town and would rather talk face to face, say so and we will arrange a time and a place near your hotel.

Can I reach you on WhatsApp?

Yes — the sales number is on WhatsApp and it is the fastest way to get a short answer. Long planning conversations still work better by email, where an itinerary can be read properly.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day for enquiries, usually the same day. If you have not heard from us in 24 hours, something has gone wrong with the email — send it again or message the WhatsApp number.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Vietnamese in writing and by phone. We have guides who work in French, and we will say plainly when a language is not one we can staff well rather than promising and disappointing.
